Welcome to Flourish & Grow Therapy Services. We are a small group practice of Licensed and Associate Marriage and Family Therapists located in San Luis Obispo. Flourish & Grow aims to support, teach, and enhance the emotional well-being of all of our clients. With over two decades of experience on issues affecting adolescents, college students, young adults, and adults well into the thick of their lives, we are glad you have found us. We support, teach, and walk alongside individuals as they navigate stressors, trauma, depression, or anxiety. In addition, we work with couples and families to improve communication, strengthen connection, and/or resolve conflict that they struggle to navigate on their own. We possess passion and integrity, and strive to assist you in meeting your goals, as you build resiliency, and learn to trust yourself.
